CITY HALF DAY Departure with direction Paleoplis the ancient city of Corfu built by the first Greeks around the 8th century B.C. Arrival at the promontory of Kanoni where you will be fascinated by the magnificent view over the "mouse island", Pontikonisi. Departure to the city of Corfu. We are going to visit the old fortress and from the summit of it you are going to admire the magnificent panorama of the city lying on your feet. The fortress was built around the 6th century A.D. hosting behind its walls the city of Corifon, from which derives the international name of the city, Corfu. Walking till the historical center of the city, where we are going to spend enough time in order to admire the architectural Venetian style of houses, admiring at the same time the arcades made by the French and the British, the town hall and St. Spiridons' church (the patron saint of the island).

DISCOVERING CORFU The visit to the Achilleion palace, an imperial villa belonging to Sissy the empress of Austria, constitutes a real trip to Greek mythology. A masterpiece of neoclassical style, Achilleion with its magnificent gardens in different levels will amaze you. After the visit we leave the place and with the bus we are heading back to the beautiful city, Corfu (the international name of the island), or Kerkyra (her Greek name) in order to stroll in the alleys and visit her imposing monuments. The excursion goes on to Paleokastritsa, the Capri of Greece. You are going to be stupefied by the turquoise color of the sea, the cliffs and the beautiful bays. You will visit the Byzantine monastery, dedicated to Holly Mother Mary, where you will also admire icons of inestimable artistic and historical value. Lunch will take place to a restaurant at the village of Lakones from where you are going to have an amazing view over the west coast of the island.

JEEP SAFARI We are inviting you to discover Corfu, her secrets and her beauty with an off road vehicle. UNIQUE EXPERIENCE AND UNFORGETTABLE MOMENTS Departure from your hotel, in order to visit the north coast of the island. Through country roads we arrive to the mountain Pantokratoras, from where you are going to have a panoramic view of the whole island. We go on till the old Perithia where we stop in order to visit the "haunted" village. Direction to Agios Spiridon for lunch by the sea, where you will also have the opportunity to swim. We go on and we reach Angelokastro, at the west coast of the island, a Byzantine fort from which the view over the Ionian sea is breathtaking! Return to Corfu via small and magnificent villages of the west coast.

SOUTH PART OF THE ISLAND Departure to Kanoni where you will admire the "mouse island", Ponikonisi (in Greek). Then we are heading to MON REPO the old summer residence of the ex-royal family, where also, prince Philippe of Edinburgh was born. The residence is surrounded by a magnificent park. Nowadays the residence is transformed into a museum Departure in order to reach the inland, where we are going to stroll in the alleys of a traditional village named Sinarades and visit its museum of popular art. We go on our excursion towards south, we cross the south west coast till the village of Marathia to have lunch at only 50 m. far from a sandy beach, where you will have free time to swim before taking our way back to the hotels.

IOANNINA DODONE Departure from Corfu early in the morning, take the ferryboat heading to Igoumentitsa the port of Greece on the mainland. Arrival at the foot of the mountain Tomaros, where you will visit the archeological site of Dodone the most important oracle of antiquity, known for its very well preserved theatre. Then we are heading to the splendid city of Ioannina the crossroad of different civilizations (Byzantine, French, Turkish). Guided visit to Kastro (citadel) and its Byzantine museum in the old fortified city Lunch in a restaurant by the lake of Ioannina, where we will propose you also other excursions.
